Every member, including viewers, can create a personal calendar feed from Settings. Add the link to your calendar app as a subscription — "From URL" in Google Calendar, "Subscribe from web" in Outlook, "New Calendar Subscription" in Apple Calendar.
What it shows
Deadlines from 90 days ago to a year ahead. Lapsed items stay on for three months, because something that expired last month is the most important thing a compliance calendar can show.
Keep the link private
Calendar apps cannot sign in, so the link itself is the key. Do not share it. If it leaks, revoke it in Settings and create a new one; the old link stops working immediately. It also stops working if you leave the organisation.
Calendar apps refresh subscriptions on their own schedule — sometimes only every few hours — so a change can take a while to show up there. The product itself is always current.
