Pulling them apart is what makes the alerts correct and the audit trail defensible. It is also why one product can serve a dental lab and an aerospace machine shop without becoming two products.
- Asset
- A serialised physical thing with a category, a location, an owner and a lifecycle. An autoclave, a CNC machine, a freezer, a storage cabinet.
- Obligation
- Anything time-boxed attached to it: a licence, a permit, a certification, a calibration, a warranty, a service contract, a software seat.
- Plan
- The recurring commitment. Preventive maintenance every six months, calibration annually, a monthly containment inspection.
- Evidence
- What actually happened, and the certificate that proves it. Passed, failed, or conditional — with the as-found and as-left values.

03A reminder is not an alerting system.
The expensive failures are not the ones you see coming thirty days out. They are the renewal that takes twelve weeks to process, the contract that quietly rolls over after the cancellation window shuts, and the alert that fires twice until someone mutes the whole channel.
Three date kinds, not one. Expiry, cancellation deadline and renewal lead time are tracked separately, because they land on different days and land on different people.
Exactly once, provably. A unique ledger row per rule, subject, threshold and due date. Replay a whole day of scanning and zero duplicates go out.
Your calendar, not ours. A permit expiring on 31 March expires on the 31st in your timezone. Dates are calendar dates; sites in other countries keep their own.
Acknowledged, not just sent. An unacknowledged critical item escalates daily to your admins. Having emailed someone proves nothing to an inspector.

04Built to be handed to an auditor.
- One writer, one audit trail
- Every change lands in an append-only event log in the same database transaction as the change itself. No update or delete grant exists on that table, for any role.
- Tenant isolation, proven not asserted
- Every query is scoped by organisation, and a blocking test suite fires one tenant credentials at another tenant records on every endpoint, on every pull request.
- No customer or patient records
- We hold your people, your equipment and your paperwork — names, emails, roles, certifications. No end-customer, patient or consumer data enters the system by design.
- Restores are rehearsed
- Point-in-time backups, restored into a scratch project on a schedule, with the runbook recording how long it took. An untested backup is a belief, not a control.
What this is not
- Not an ERP or MES: no production orders, no bill of materials, no batch genealogy.
- Not a LIMS: no sample management beyond the certificate attached to a result.
- Not a full QMS: no CAPA routing, no document approval workflow.
- Not a stock system: serialised assets, not consumable quantities.
- Not an IoT platform: a condition check is an event a person logs, not a sensor feed.
We export to those systems and we integrate with them. We do not try to become them, which is why this stays fast enough to actually use.
05Questions we get asked first.
My industry is not on your list. Will it work?
Probably, and you can tell in five minutes. If you own serialised equipment, hold authorisations that expire on a calendar date, and have to show an auditor a history — the core fits. The industry pack only seeds your starting vocabulary, categories and fields; you can edit every one of them, or start from the generic pack and build your own.
Do you support electronic signatures and system validation?
Not in the first release, and we would rather say so than imply it. The product is built audit-ready — immutable history, full traceability, an auditor export — but signatures with meaning and intent, and a formal validation package, are a separate scheduled piece of work. If they are a hard requirement for you today, tell us before you start a trial.
How do we get off our spreadsheet?
CSV import with a column mapper, a dry run that shows you exactly what will be created, a per-row error report, and an import batch you can undo in one action. Getting five hundred rows in on day one is the point of the first session, not a later project.
What happens if your alerting silently stops?
You see it. The dashboard shows when the register was last checked, and a failed notification surfaces in the app rather than dying quietly in a log. On our side, the scheduler pages a human if it has not completed a successful run in ninety minutes.
We are building this with a small group of pilot customers.
No fabricated logos on this page and no invented numbers. The product is in active development, and pilot partners get their industry pack built with them, direct access to the engineer writing it, and their spreadsheet imported in the first session.
