Every member can open Reports.
- Expiry forecast — what falls due, month by month, so a renewal crunch is visible a quarter ahead.
- Downtime — out-of-service time recorded on maintenance events, per asset.
- Spend — the costs recorded on obligations and maintenance events.
- Framework coverage — for each compliance framework, what is covered, what is lapsed and what is missing. This is the report an auditor asks for.
- Asset history — everything that happened to one asset, in order.
CSV exports
Reports export to CSV. Any cell that a spreadsheet would read as a formula is escaped, so an asset named =HYPERLINK(...) cannot run anything when the file is opened.
Certificates
The auditor export lists every attached document by name, type, size and storage location. It does not bundle the files themselves into the download.
