What the pack gives you on day one.

Reactors, vessels and detection systems held against the site permits, substance registrations and safety-system inspections that keep a plant licensed to run. Everything below is seeded into your organisation when you adopt the pack, and every row of it is yours from that moment: rename it, reorder it, delete it, add to it. Upgrading the pack later never overwrites something you have edited.

Items you put in the register

Reactor
Batch and continuous reactors under pressure-system examination.
Storage vessel
Tanks and silos holding a registered substance, where the inventory decides which regime applies.
Pump & transfer
Pumps, hoses and loading arms on the transfer path, including the couplings that are replaced on a clock.
Safety instrumented system
Interlocks, trips and relief paths with a rated integrity level. These are proof-tested, not repaired on failure.
Gas detection
Fixed and portable detection whose calibration expires.
Fume extraction
LEV, scrubbers and stacks under statutory examination and emissions monitoring.
Fire & suppression
Foam, deluge and bunding whose test certificate is part of the site permit.
Lab instrument
Analysis instruments producing the results a release or an emissions return relies on.

Fields your sector needs

Not hardcoded into the product for everyone — defined by the pack, validated on every write, and filterable and exportable like any built-in field.

SIL ratingOne of a list
The integrity level claimed for this function. The claim is only demonstrable while the proof test is in date.
Not safety instrumented · SIL 1 · SIL 2 · SIL 3 · SIL 4
Design pressure (bar)Number
Maximum allowable working pressure, which is what the written scheme of examination is written against.
Substances heldText
The registered substances this item contains or carries. It is the link between an item on the plant and a registration that expires.
Hazardous area zoneOne of a list
The ATEX zone this sits in, which decides what may be installed beside it and who may work on it.
Non-hazardous · Zone 0 / 20 · Zone 1 / 21 · Zone 2 / 22
Counts toward Seveso inventoryYes / no
Contributes to the site's threshold calculation. Changing this changes which regime the whole site is under.

Your words, not ours

No screen in the product hardcodes a noun. The pack renames these, and the rest keep the neutral word.

What expires, and how early you hear about it.

These are the real warning ladders, not an illustration. Each one is set from how long that renewal actually takes — a certificate an authority re-inspects opens months ahead, because a thirty-day reminder would already be too late. The first rung is when the work has to start; a final 1 means it stops work the day it lapses.

Permits the Chemicals & industrial solvents pack seeds, with their default warning thresholds
PermitWhy it is on the ladderWarns at
Site permitThe environmental permit to operate. A variation takes as long as the original, so the first warning is nine months out.2701809030days before
Substance registrationA REACH or equivalent registration, held per substance per tonnage band. Crossing a band is a new registration, not a renewal.2701809030days before
COSHH assessmentReviewed on a cycle and whenever the process changes.12060307days before
Safety-system proof testProof test of a safety instrumented function. An overdue test means the claimed integrity level is no longer demonstrable.90603071days before
Pressure-system examinationWritten-scheme examination of a vessel or reactor. A lapse takes it out of service on the day.120603071days before
LEV thorough examinationStatutory examination of extraction, typically every 14 months.60307days before
Emissions monitoringThe periodic stack or effluent test the permit requires, and the report that follows it.12060307days before
Detector calibrationA lapsed detector is an unmonitored atmosphere, so this warns to the day.603071days before

Tag an obligation with the standard it satisfies, and the coverage report counts them — including the ones mapped to no framework at all, which is the number an auditor asks about.

Views already drawn

Filters your sector asks for weekly, waiting above the register on the first day. They are ordinary saved views: change the columns, delete the ones you do not want, save your own.

  • Safety instrumented systems
  • Seveso inventory
  • Pressure equipment

The question the inspection opens on.

“When was this safety-critical system last proof-tested?”

— what an auditor in this sector asks first

The auditor export answers it in one action: the item, every obligation on it, every plan, every service event, every filed document and the full change history — assembled in a single consistent read, so no two sections of the file can disagree. Two exports of an unchanged record are byte-for-byte identical.

  • Append-only history. Every change lands in an event log in the same transaction as the change. No role holds an update or delete grant on that table.

  • Certificates listed, with their evidence. Documents filed against the obligations and the service events are in the export too — the calibration certificate lives on the service event, and that is the one you will be asked for.

  • Readable by everyone on the team. Quality, finance and an external auditor given a seat can all run it. The people who most need the export are exactly the ones a viewer role would have blocked.

The dashboard on any Monday morning: what has already lapsed, what lapses this week, and what needs starting now to land on time.

Bring us your chemicals spreadsheet.

The first session is the import: a column mapper, a dry run that shows exactly what will be created, a per-row error report numbered to match your file, and an undo for the whole batch in one action. Getting five hundred rows in on day one is the point, not a later project.
